         Pre-Tournament Events

Coach's Meeting - ONLY ONE COACH PER TEAM

One representative from each team will be permitted to attend this meeting. All teams will be required to have a representative in attendance. The official schedule for when teams play will be distributed at that time.

All pre-ordered souvenir items will be available for pick-up at this time during the coaches meeting.

OPENING CEREMONIES AND PARADE OF TEAMS

All teams will participate and should be in full uniform.  We encourage all teams to bring a banner for the parade.

TEAM SKILLS COMPETITION

(Golden Arm, King of Swat, and Road Runner)
 

Note: Pin Trading is a tradition at World Series events, players will have an opportunity to trade pins during the skills competition and social prior to the opening ceremony. Team pins are not mandatory but certainly adds to the fun of this special event. We encourage each team to bring some small item to trade. We suggest that you contact your local Chamber of Commerce, Visitors Bureaus or other community businesses in your area about obtaining items to trade.

 

No food or drinks are allowed to be brought in park. Water & Cups will be provided in each dugout. Only small ice chest with rags and Team coolers (1) per dugout allowed.

Admission

Admission during the tournament will be $7.00 per person per day or $25.00 for a tournament pass (ONLY available in preorders). For children (6-12) the charge will be $5.00 or $20.00 for a tournament pass. This charge includes everyone except players and team coaches. A maximum of 3 player/coach passes will be issued.
