· First and foremost, the players are here to have FUN.
· All teams must be prepared to play at least 30 minutes prior to posted times. Failure to do so could result in a game forfeiture. It is the Team Managers responsibility to check the bracket board for any changes.
· Home team will be determined by a coin toss prior to each game.
**There are no pets allowed at any facility!!! We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!!**
· If a game is played on a field that does not have a working scoreboard, then the Home team will be responsible for keeping the official books for the game.
· No Defensive coaches are allowed on the playing field. (Stay behind the fence or in the door way of the dugout).
· No use of Tobacco products are to be used on the field.
· Please be advised that it is always a good practice for the Team Manager to have photocopies of all players original birth certificates in their possession. (Baseball – Article IV, Sec. 11)
· Slaughter rule is according to Rule Book (See Tournament Bracket) .
· Please help the tournament run smoother by informing your parents of all rules.
Baseball (Specific)
Time limit will be 2 hrs with no additional innings starting after time has expired. I might have to adjust this time limit and innings played if the tournament gets extremely behind due to weather or long play. If the innings are adjusted in a game due to weather, the slaughter rule will be adjusted also. The pitching rules will not change, they will remain the same.
