Rule Book for complete eligibility rules.
A. Article IV, Section 4.04 C: All players added to qualified rosters must meet the following requirements:
1. Players cannot be on another qualified team's roster in the same age division.
2. Players who are added to a roster of a qualified team must not have played for a qualified team of higher classification during the current season.
3. The State Director has authority to approve or reject all roster additions.
AA teams can only add players from a AA sanctioned team in the same league.
Fill out this form for additions to your frozen roster. If a player is being added to your roster from another frozen roster, the state office must receive a drop form from the player's former manager before he can be added to your roster. ALL ADDS/DROPS MUST BE SENT TO YOUR STATE OFFICE AND SIGNED BY STATE DIRECTOR.
