Registration Fee includes Jersey, Hat, and Trophy - Games will be played at Dallas Park

You may come by Crystal Carolina Awards ANY day (Monday thru Friday) to sign-up. Sign-up forms are available at this location only!
 

Registration has been EXTENDED to September 10th Practices start Sept. 13th and games begin Sept. 27th Season includes 12 games and Post Season Tournament
